Vadim Harych

After obtaining a bachelor's degree in law at the University of Geneva in 2007, Vadim Harych carried on his studies and earned, in 2008, a master's degree in civil and criminal law.

He was admitted to the Bar in the canton of Geneva in 2010 after a two year internship in an important local law firm, in which he continued to practice for a while as an associate in order to gain more experience.

Vadim Harych then decided to join Banna & Quinodoz in order to keep on working efficiently with two partners that he was already working with.

Vadim Harych regularly provides counsel to various businesses, in particular those involved in real estate. In addition, he is developing an intense judicial activity at both civil and criminal levels.

In addition to his activity as an attorney-at-law, Vadim Harych is, since June 2011, associate judge at the Administrative Court of First Instance, in the alien police and coercive measures section.
