Pierre Banna in a few words

Pierre Banna was born in 1966. He obtained a degree in commercial and industrial sciences, with a major in business management, in 1988, a law degree from the University of Geneva in 1991 and his bar exam in 1993.

After having worked for several years as a lawyer and secretary of individual owners’ associations within the Chambre Genevoise Immobilière, Pierre Banna has acquired a solid experience in the field of real estate in which he is widely recognized. He manages the litigation of various actors in the Geneva real estate market and regularly represents Swiss and foreign investors in the context of major real estate acquisitions and/or sales.

In addition to this assistance and consulting activity, Pierre Banna develops an intense judicial activity in the fields of real estate and construction law, both in civil and administrative matters.
