Julien Pacot in a few words

Partner at BANNA & QUINODOZ, Julien Pacot obtained his law degree from the University of Geneva in 2006 and his bar examen in 2010.
He quickly specialized in real estate law, including graduating from the Institute of Real Estate Studies in 2016.

He accompanies and advises his clients during the acquisition of a property, assists them in the event of issues related to obtaining a building permit or the construction of a building, and responds to technical concerns related to lease law, in particular the drafting of contracts.

Within the framework of his activities, Julien Pacot is regularly called upon to plead before the civil and administrative courts.

He also specializes in the field of inheritance, especially in the context of inheritance law divisions, in which real estate assets are involved.

In addition to his activity as a lawyer, Mr. Julien Pacot has been sitting as an assessor judge at the Administrative Court of First Instance since 2012, in the construction and land use planing section.

This positionallows him to better understand the chances of success in case of conflicts related to the issuance of a building permit or a localized neighborhood plan. This activity also allows him to keep a close eye on important and regular changes in construction and land use planning law.
